That’s why we created Silver Wizard Care+, a simple and affordable way to get ongoing technology support from the comfort of your home.
At just $39/month with Care+, members receive:
Unlimited tech support by email
Monthly remote support sessions by phone, Zoom, or FaceTime
Helpful guides and video tutorials
Member pricing on in-home visits
Whether you need help organizing photos, setting up a new device, or learning how to use a new app, we’re here to help. For families, children, and grandchildren of older adults, Silver Wizard Care+ provides peace of mind knowing their loved ones always have a trusted person to turn to when technology becomes challenging.

As always, In-Home visits are available for those who prefer a more traditional support option.
Bringing tech support to the community
Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with retirement residences across the GTA to host free tech support clinics.
At these events, residents have received free help for common tech frustrations related to smartphones, tablets, online safety, device settings, and more.
We've also had the opportunity to partner with FirstLight Home Care North York on several of these events to provide information about home care services available for seniors.
A big thank you to our partners and the communities who have welcomed us and helped make these events possible.

Summer tech tip ☀️
Keep your photos safe!
Summer often means family gatherings, vacations, and special memories. Make sure your photos are backed up so they don’t disappear if your phone is lost, stolen, or damaged.
On an iPhone:
Open Settings
Tap your name at the top
Select iCloud
Make sure Photos is turned on (Note: an iCloud+ subscription may be required if you have a large photo library)
