Future Visits
Starting from $79/hour
After your first appointment, future in-home sessions start at $79 per hour (price dependant on location).
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Book a single visit whenever you need help, or schedule recurring sessions if you’d like ongoing support. You’re never locked into a subscription or long-term commitment.

We primarily specialize in Apple devices including Macs, iPhones, and iPads as well as Android smartphones. We can also help with many other technology-related questions. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can help.

If your issue requires repair, replacement, or another specialized service, we’ll explain your options and recommend the next best step.

Just have your device available with an internet / WiFi connection and, if possible, any passwords or account information you may need. Don’t worry if you can’t find everything — we’ll help you through it.

Remote sessions are held virtually over Zoom and sometimes we’ll ask you to download a small secure support application. In either case, we’ll guide you through the entire process.

We’ll provide digital notes after each session and can schedule follow-up lessons for review or practice upon request.

Yes — we take your privacy and security very seriously.
We don't handle any sensitive personal information such as passwords, banking details, or private identification. In most cases, we’ll guide you on how to enter or manage this information yourself so you remain in full control of your device.
We’ll also teach you how to spot scams and protect your personal information online.
